We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and discuss financing scenarios, schedule appointments, maintain business records, prevent fraud and abuse, improve our website and advertising, measure campaign performance, and comply with applicable law.

How we disclose information

These providers may include Google, Meta, Calendly, and our hosting and email providers.

For quiz diagnostics, we record limited interaction events such as the form version, whether the quiz was opened directly or inside a product page, the step name and position, completion or validation status, back or resume activity, and elapsed time. These Analytics events do not include the values you type into the quiz, your property address, contact information, exact loan amount, credit or liquidity response, or our internal lead identifier.

Communications

If you submit an inquiry, we may contact you about it by phone, text message, or email, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent to receive automated communications is not a condition of obtaining a product or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop marketing texts by replying STOP and may unsubscribe from marketing email using the instructions in the message.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, compliance, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping needs. Google Analytics event and user-level data used for website and quiz diagnosis is configured for up to 14 months; aggregated reports and business records may be retained for different periods. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about our privacy practices, by contacting us. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
